A little space.
A few useful questions.

Information to read at your own pace and discuss with your healthcare practitioner.

These resources are here on the page. Start with a gentle pause, consider the topic of natural regeneration, and note anything you would like to ask about.

For practitioners: share this page’s link with patients when relevant to their care conversation.

An invitation to pause

You do not need to achieve anything in this moment. If you would like to, settle into a comfortable position and notice what is around you.

Let your breathing remain natural. You might notice the light in the room or the feeling of your feet resting on the floor. Continue only for as long as it feels comfortable.

This is an optional moment of relaxation, not a treatment or an exercise you need to complete.

Thinking about natural regeneration

The body has processes of renewal and repair. The phrase “natural regeneration” can be used in different ways, so it helps to ask what someone means by it in a particular context.

The phrase alone does not establish that a product, practice or treatment is safe or effective. Your circumstances matter. Ask your practitioner to explain any claims, the available evidence and the limits of what is known.

Do not delay seeking care or change prescribed treatment because of information on this page.

Questions to bring to your practitioner

  • What does natural regeneration mean in the context of my health?
  • What evidence supports the approach we are discussing?
  • What are the risks, uncertainties and alternatives?
  • How does this fit with my current care and medicines?
  • What should I do if my symptoms change?

You do not need all the answers before asking. A conversation is a good place to start.
